Jimmy Rebel a character who appears in the episode "The Story of Jimmy Rebel". He is Uncle Ruckus' favorite country singer, since all of Jimmy's songs have a strong racist overtone.

Jimmy Rebel is a parody of a real racist singer known as Johnny Rebel.
Despite his racism, he had no qualms associating with Ruckus.
Jimmy's design is most likely based off of deceased famous country singer guitarist and actor, Jerry Reed.
